Yes, our home in Tlalpan is designed to care for seniors with advanced cognitive impairments. For these conditions, we conduct an initial assessment to ensure we provide the appropriate environment and care.

Additionally, we understand that each resident has different needs. Therefore, for milder cognitive impairments, the Rinconada home is ideal, and those in better condition are placed in the Meseta home. We do not mix residents with different cognitive impairments for their well-being and quality of life.

Dämadi SweetHomes is committed to acting immediately if a medical emergency requires hospitalization. Our protocol includes:

• – Immediate notification of the responsible family member
• – Safe ambulance transfer to the preferred hospital (previously registered). From this point, the family member will be responsible for the entire hospitalization process.

Our activities program includes strengthening and rehabilitation exercises to keep seniors active. For cases requiring more specific care, such as rehabilitation after orthopedic procedures, we offer physical therapy sessions administered by professional therapists, which have an additional cost.

Our visiting hours are open, so family and friends can visit their loved ones at any time. To ensure there are not too many visitors at the same time and for better control, we ask for advance notice. The maximum number of visitors per guest at a visit is two.

Yes, we strongly encourage it. Visits are from Monday to Sunday, and residents can go out with their family for meals, a weekend getaway, or even take trips and return to us. This is not a boarding hospital; it is their home, and they are free to leave and return as they wish.

Yes, we accept people with disabilities. However, to ensure we can provide appropriate care, we assess the level of disability and determine whether our staff can fully manage the senior’s care or if it’s necessary to hire a private nurse, whose services will be covered by family members.

Yes, at Dämadi SweetHomes we take care of medication administration. We keep a strict record of each medication’s schedule and organize them in personalized pill organizers to ensure dosage control.

Of course, some of our residents have limited mobility and/or use wheelchairs. We have an elevator in homes, and all our staff are trained in proper mobility.

Generally, we welcome adults starting from 60 years old, though each case is evaluated individually.

Of course. To assign a caregiver, the resident must be in optimal condition to be able to go out. The cost of the caregiver/nurse for that day will be covered by the family members.

Yes, we currently have families of residents living in Norway, the United States, and Mexico. We develop a work plan with families, so their loved ones receive the best care and comforts they deserve.

We are open to this option, if the room maintains harmony, hygiene, and ample space. It’s worth mentioning that the only items we do not allow are external mattresses, for hygiene reasons.
